Delete Your Account

You can delete your Soully account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

📱 Delete from the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly from the Soully app:

  1. Open the Soully app
  2. Tap Settings (bottom navigation)
  3. Scroll down and tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

🗑️ What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  1. Your profile (name, email, preferences)
  2. All conversation transcripts and session history
  3. Mood tracking data and insights
  4. Companion memory and personalisation data
  5. Subscription information (your subscription will be cancelled)

⚠️ Before You Delete

Please note:

  1. Deletion is permanent — your data cannot be recovered after 30 days
  2. Cancel your subscription separately via the App Store or Google Play to stop future charges
  3. If you purchased a subscription, you will not receive a refund for unused time

If you're unable to delete your account from the app, email us and we'll delete it manually within 7 business days.
